2. Service Provider Responsibilities
  • Respond to emergency calls promptly and professionally
  • Maintain appropriate licensing and insurance as required by local law
  • Provide quality emergency plumbing services
  • Communicate clearly with customers and HyperPlumb dispatch
  • Follow all safety protocols and professional standards
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information
3. Platform Usage
  • Keep your contact information and availability status current
  • Accept or decline service requests in a timely manner
  • Provide accurate estimates and completion times
  • Use the messaging system for all customer communications
4. Limitation of Liability

HYPERPLUMB IS SOLELY LIABLE FOR CONNECTING TECHNICIANS TO CUSTOMERS NEEDING SERVICE. HYPERPLUMB IS NOT LIABLE FOR:

  • Travel or routing issues
  • Work performed or not performed by Technicians
  • Interactions between Technicians and Customers
  • Any damages arising from the use of this platform
  • Equipment failure or property damage during service
5. Account Termination

HyperPlumb reserves the right to terminate accounts for violations of these terms, unprofessional conduct, or failure to maintain required licensing and insurance.
